The company was incorporated on December 20, 2011, under the provisions of the Companies Act of 1956. Our registered office, which also serves as our head office, is located in Gurgaon, Haryana, with additional branches/restaurants/canteens/food corners in Greater Noida, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad.

At HKI, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including Travel Assistance, Corporate Travel Management, and Japanese Food Services, all under one roof. Our Travel Assistance services include the rental of luxurious and semi-luxurious cars/buses, domestic and international air tickets, hotel room bookings, tour and travel packages, airport assistance, visa assistance, FRRO management (for Japanese expatriates), event management, and industrial canteen and catering services.

We also provide delicious Japanese cuisine in the form of ‘BENTO’ lunch and dinner boxes, delivering them to our corporate clients and retail customers, ensuring a homely feel through various channel partners. Additionally, we operate three Indian and Japanese cuisine canteens at renowned corporate plants in Manesar-Gurgaon, Tapukara, and Greater Noida.
